Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you subscribe, we collect:

• Your email address (passed to us by Stripe at checkout, used to send you your license key and download link)
• A license key tied to your subscription, and a randomly generated device ID stored locally in your browser, which lets us enforce one active device per license
• Basic site visit data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type), collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other sites
• Advertising and conversion data through the Meta Pixel, if you arrive from one of our ads, used to measure ad performance and build retargeting audiences on Meta's platforms

We never see or store your full card number. All payment details are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor.

2. How we use it

We use this information to issue and verify your license, email you your license key and download link, notify you about changes to your subscription, respond to support requests, and understand how people use the site so we can improve it.

3. Who we share it with

We share data with the service providers that make Flow Autopilot work, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — sending your license key and receipt emails
• Cloudflare — hosting the website, the license server, and site analytics
• Meta — advertising measurement, if you arrived through one of our ads

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your license and customer records for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for support, accounting, and legal purposes.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time, by emailing waqas@munawarautomation.com. As a small, solo-operated business, we handle these requests manually and will respond as quickly as we can.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon (no cookies, no cross-site tracking) and the Meta Pixel (which does use cookies, for ad measurement and retargeting on Meta's platforms). You can manage how Meta uses your data for ads through your Meta ad preferences.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access-controlled storage. No method of storing or transmitting data is ever 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Flow Autopilot is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
